Ramblings

  • So.  What do you think about the new look?  I L.O.V.E it...and let's be honest?  That's what really matters right?  ha!  I worked with Tonya Riggs at Lucky Girl Designs.  She did EXACTLY what I asked her to do and it makes me happy every time I look at it!
  • Halloween was fun this year!  The boys dressed as a firefighter and a construction worker...they were so adorable!  Some friends had a "Halloweenie" Roast Saturday night, such a cute idea and my friend Tammi had her house decked out.  Unfortunately, we didn't get to stay too long because Jackson threw-up 30 minutes after we got there.  Never ran a fever...we think he just ate something that didn't agree with him.  He was fine the rest of the night and the next morning!  Sunday we had soccer and later that daysome of our preschool friends were getting together to trick-or-treat so we joined them.

  • I love the friends we have made through preschool.  I say "we" because the boys have made friends that I am sure they will have throughout their childhood...and I have made friends that mean the world to me!  What's so neat about it is that most of the kids will be going to different elementary schools, but will have familiar faces pop up as they go to middle school and high school.

  • We also attended a Halloween dinner party hosted by two couples that we just love. Let me tell you...it was an fireside sit down dinner! From pig stomachs in hurricanes, paper lanterns hanging from the trees, and a "ghoulish" martini bar - these girls thought of everything. My friend Ashley is an interior designer, so she's been making my parties look good for years {if you want her contact info for party planning or interior design just message me!}.

  • Who should win for best costume????
